Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your member dashboard at any time.
Sessions renew each cycle and do not roll over, so we encourage you to book regularly.
Bookings
Log in to your dashboard, open Bookings, choose a date and time, pick a session type and confirm. Elite members can also book via Calendly.
Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can manage your plan and view invoices in your dashboard.
Refunds are handled per our refund policy. Contact support from your dashboard to raise a request.
Support
We typically respond within a few minutes during working hours; Elite members receive priority support.
