BritPath may update membership features from time to time, provided that the core value of the membership plan is not materially reduced without notice. If a membership expires, is cancelled, or payment fails, access to the relevant membership areas may be restricted, paused, or removed. Access may include a combination of:

  • Downloadable resources
  • Live classes
  • Recorded videos
  • Webinars
  • Bookings
  • Chat or support access
  • File upload areas
  • Dashboard access
  • Add-on purchase options

8. Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider. By purchasing a plan or add-on, you agree to pay the stated price at checkout.

Prices are displayed on the website or checkout page. BritPath may update prices from time to time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed unless otherwise stated or agreed. For recurring memberships, your payment method may be charged automatically on each renewal date until the subscription is cancelled. Payment types may include:

  • One-time payments
  • Monthly recurring subscriptions
  • Add-on service purchases

9. Failed Payments

BritPath is not responsible for loss of access caused by failed, declined, expired, or incorrect payment details. If a recurring payment fails, BritPath may:

  • Notify you of the failed payment
  • Ask you to update your payment method
  • Temporarily pause access
  • Cancel or downgrade your membership
  • Remove access if payment is not completed within a reasonable period

10. Cancellation of Memberships

Renewable memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal payments but does not automatically create a refund for payments already made.

After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Payments already made are non-refundable unless a refund is required by law or expressly approved by BritPath.

Study Ready and Arrive Smart are time-limited plans and expire automatically at the end of their access period.

11. Refunds and Consumer Cancellation Rights

BritPath memberships and add-ons are treated as digital services and online consultancy services. Where applicable under UK consumer law, customers may have a 14-day cancellation right for certain online or distance purchases.

However, where you request or agree to immediate access to digital services, downloadable resources, member portal access, bookings, online support, document review, or service delivery, you acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be limited once access or service delivery begins.

If service delivery has started within the cancellation period, BritPath may deduct a reasonable amount for the work already completed, access already provided, or resources already made available.

Once digital access has been granted, resources have been downloaded, a booking has been used, documents have been reviewed, or service work has begun, payments may become non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects any legal rights that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.

12. Immediate Access and Service Delivery Consent

At checkout, BritPath may ask users to confirm that they want immediate access or immediate service delivery.

Checkout consent wording: "I agree that BritPath may begin providing the service, digital access, downloadable resources, membership access, booking access, or support immediately after purchase. I understand that once access or service delivery begins, my right to cancel may be limited and reasonable charges may apply for services already provided."

Where this consent is given, BritPath may begin providing access or services immediately after payment.

13. Add-On Services

BritPath may offer add-on services as one-time digital service purchases. Add-on services are non-refundable once service delivery has started, digital access has been granted, documents have been reviewed, or work has begun, except where a refund is required by law. Add-on services may include:

  • Professional CV Writing — £99: one-time add-on service; client may upload CV or career documents; no automatic Elite Mentorship access.
  • LinkedIn Makeover Basic — £159: one-time add-on service; client may upload LinkedIn or career information; no automatic Elite Mentorship access.

14. Bookings and Consultations

BritPath may use Calendly, Google Meet, Zoom, or similar platforms to manage bookings and deliver consultations. Booking access depends on the user's membership plan or add-on service.

Users are responsible for booking available time slots and attending scheduled sessions on time. If you miss a scheduled session without notice, BritPath may treat the session as used. • Personal statements
  • Academic documents
  • Certificates
  • Career documents
  • Admission documents
  • Other relevant service documents

17. Downloadable Resources and Digital Content

BritPath may provide downloadable resources, templates, recorded videos, guides, class materials, or other digital content. These materials are provided for personal use only. Access to resources may end when a membership expires, is cancelled, or becomes inactive. Users must not:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute BritPath resources
  • Share member-only resources with non-members
  • Upload BritPath materials to public platforms
  • Remove branding or copyright notices
  • Use resources for commercial resale or unauthorised training

18. Live Classes, Webinars, and Recorded Content

BritPath may offer live classes, webinars, and recorded content. Access depends on the user's plan.

BritPath may change class times, topics, speakers, or delivery methods where necessary. Recordings may not always be available for every live session.

Users must not record, copy, distribute, or republish live classes, webinars, or recorded content without written permission from BritPath.

19. Service Outcomes and No Guarantee

  • Employment outcomes
  • Salary levels
  • Sponsorship opportunities
  • Immigration outcomes
  • Career progression
  • Acceptance by employers, universities, or third parties

20. User Responsibilities

  • Use resources responsibly
  • Check deadlines independently
  • Follow university, visa, employer, and official guidance where relevant
  • Review all documents before submitting them to third parties
  • Make their own final decisions
  • Communicate respectfully with BritPath staff, advisors, and other users

21. Third-Party Platforms

BritPath may use third-party platforms such as Stripe, Calendly, Google Meet, Zoom, email providers, hosting providers, and analytics tools.

These platforms are controlled by their respective providers and may have their own terms, privacy notices, and service rules. BritPath is not responsible for third-party platform outages, restrictions, account issues, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

22. Website Availability

  • Security incidents
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Events outside our reasonable control

23. Intellectual Property

All BritPath website content, branding, resources, templates, guides, videos, graphics, designs, course materials, and written content belong to BritPath or are used with permission.
